Thank you for your interest in becoming an EV Exhibitor at 2023 Ambler Earth Fest. We invite you to come show off your electric vehicle, educate and interact with the public and take part in our local festivities. EV owners are the integral to our electric vehicle car show. We greatly appreciate your involvement.

The Ambler EAC Earth is working with Drive Electric Earth Day and we are excited to collaborate with local leaders Drive the Future EV in putting on this year’s Electric Car show. Learn more here: Drive the Future EV

Important: In addition to registering with us, part 2 of registration is with Drive Electric Earth Day Earth 2023 . Where you will receive additional EV updates and information. Please complete this in addition to the form below.

Terms for EV Exhibitors:

  • EV Exhibitors must arrive between 8am and 9:30am in order to be parked in Ambler Borough Hall parking lot before the event begins at 10am. EV parking is at Borough of Ambler Parking Lot, 131 Rosemary Ave, Ambler, PA 19002

  • EV Exhibitors will stay parked in their designated spot for the entire duration of the event. (4pm EST)

  • EV Exhibitors must register their vehicle on this site in order to participate.

  • EV Exhibitors that did not register with the Ambler EAC below will not be given admittance.

  • EV Exhibitors do not pay any fees.

  • EVs must have valid and current Insurance and Registration during Earth Fest (April, 29, 2023)

  • EV Exhibitors must agree to below hold harmless agreement (registering is agreeing).

  • EV must be fully electric. No hybrid or gasoline (ICE) powered vehicles.
